Introducing our latest Brand Ambassador Nicole Rubio from Northern Virginia, USA:
How did you get into surveying? My husband is a land surveyor and we started the business a couple years ago.
What are your plans as a Brand Ambassador? As an ambassador, my goal is to increase awareness of the land surveying profession among students. I would like to help create opportunities for students to learn about surveying and understand the critical role surveyors play in shaping our communities, supporting infrastructure projects, protecting property rights, and providing the foundation for engineering and construction.
Tell us a bit about what you do: As COO, I oversee business operations, client relations, project administration, scheduling and strategic initiatives.
I also conduct research for a variety of surveying projects before proposals are prepared and submitted. While I am not a licensed surveyor, I have gained extensive knowledge of the profession through years of training and working closely alongside my husband, a Professional Land Surveyor.
