Choose your player token, place it on GO, shuffle the Fieldwork Surprise and Surveyors Support cards, and give each player their starting money.
2. Roll the dice and move around the board
Players take turns rolling the dice and moving around the board, landing on surveying-themed streets, Survey Gateways, Survey Essentials, and special spaces.
3. Discover surveying streets and projects
Each street represents a real surveying application, technology, or project. If you land on an unowned street, you can buy it and add it to your portfolio of surveying projects.
4. Pay fees or collect rewards
If you land on a street owned by another player, you’ll need to pay them a fee. The more Site Cabins and Headquarters they have built, the more valuable that project becomes.
5. Collect colour sets and build your projects
Own all the streets in a colour set to gain control of that surveying sector. You can then build Site Cabins and eventually Headquarters to increase the value of your projects and the fees other players must pay.
6. Travel through the surveying world
Visit Survey Gateways to discover different areas of the profession, from digital twins and infrastructure inspection to offshore surveying and bridge projects.
7. Use essential surveying tools and services
Land on Survey Essentials to explore the technologies and professional services that surveyors rely on, such as Satellite Positioning Technology and Professional Survey Services.
8. Draw special cards
Fieldwork Surprise cards bring unexpected site challenges and opportunities, while Surveyors Support cards reward training, teamwork, and professional achievements.
9. Manage project costs
Just like real surveyors, you’ll occasionally need to invest in equipment, maintenance, and training. Watch out for costs such as LiDAR System Maintenance and Surveyor Training Day.
10. Learn as you play
Every square, card, and character introduces players to a different part of the surveying profession, helping families discover the people, technology, and projects that shape our world.
11. Become the ultimate surveying tycoon
