We need your help to educate the next generation of Surveyors and Geospatial experts.

Volunteer Duties of a Brand Ambassador 

• Spread the word of the ‘Get Kids into Survey’ Initiative in your local area.
• Attend careers fairs, school classrooms & conferences.
• Present surveying as a career to young students. 
• Encourage others to join as Brand Ambassadors and help spread the word.
• Educate potential Brand Sponsors about our initiative. 
• Share and interact with GKiS social media posts – remember to tag us and use #GetKidsintoSurvey in any posts.
• Provide feedback to ‘Get Kids into Survey’ in terms of materials used, event attended etc. This can be in the form of social media or via email.

What you will get for being a Brand Ambassador

• Brand Ambassador logo to use on your website, email signature or social media profile. 
• Access to our educational powerpoint presentation to use in classrooms or with groups. 
• To say that you are a representative for the ‘Get Kids into Survey’ Brand. 
• To be a part of the GKiS community.
• Latest news on ‘Get Kids into Survey’ via our private Facebook group or our e-newsletter.

Terms and Conditions

• You must not use the GKiS logo without permission.
• You must not misuse our logo (i.e photoshop/change logo appearance or associate logo with material that has not been approved by (‘Get Kids into Survey’).
• You must not make money from the ‘Get Kids into Survey’ brand or products (posters, stickers, colour in sheets etc). 
• You must not misuse any character or poster images (i.e photoshop/change appearance, add in your own logo or text to file). 
• All ‘Get Kids into Survey’ logos, images and files are owned by Elaine Ball Ltd. 
• Your information may be used on our website so that teachers, schools and industry can see that there is a local representative in their region and can find you directly or through us. 

In addition to our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy found on our website; when you become a Brand Ambassador of ours, any personal information shared with us will be held electronically and added to our UK based database for the purposes of our team contacting you and will only be used as required for the duration of the contract. We will never share your personal data with any third parties without your prior consent, unless it is required to be disclosed by law.  You have the opportunity to opt out of email contact at any time, at which point you will no longer be a Brand Ambassador and your personal data will be transferred to the electronic archive, unless we are otherwise instructed by you.
